Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB)

For a contract to supply digital content not on a physical medium (gems), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have

• expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and
• acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

We obtain this consent before the purchase, via a separate confirmation in the checkout. Without it, the purchase cannot proceed.

Refunds

Because the gems are delivered immediately and you expressly consented to the loss of the withdrawal right described above, there is no right to a refund for gems already delivered, except where statutory claims apply (e.g. defective or failed delivery). Gems already spent are not refunded.
