1. Scope

These terms govern use of the game “Illurant” and the purchase of virtual items (gems) by consumers. The provider is Mustafa Ayar, Kornstraße 7, 68649 Groß-Rohrheim (see the Imprint).

2. Formation of contract

Buying a gem pack is a binding offer. The contract is formed when the payment provider confirms payment. Gems are credited immediately after payment is received.

3. Gems (virtual currency)

  • Gems are a virtual in-game currency with no cash value.
  • Gems cannot be exchanged back into money, transferred, or paid out.
  • Gems already spent are final.
  • On account deletion, unspent gems are forfeited without compensation.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown in the shop at the time of the order apply. All prices are final; under the small-business rule (§ 19 German VAT Act) no VAT is currently shown. Payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe.

5. Guest accounts

The game can be played as a guest without registering. Purchases are not possible with a guest account, and progress may be lost. Register to keep your progress permanently.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, and the notice on how that right lapses for immediately-delivered digital content, are in the Right of Withdrawal notice.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with future effect where necessary to reflect changed legal or technical conditions, provided the change does not unreasonably disadvantage you. You will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

8. Abuse, chargebacks and account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts, and to refuse current and future purchases, where an account is involved in payment fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or abuse of the payment or withdrawal process — for example, where gems are repeatedly acquired and consumed and the payment is then reversed. This does not affect consumers' statutory right of withdrawal or any other statutory rights.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where the consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected.
